The British Open Championship is on the line as the game returns to the links course at Royal New Kent. The original threesome of Steve, Jon N., and Rick, recreated the first ever major in a rematch that saw Steve triumph in typical Steve fashion.

Another classic Steve round found him up 3 after the conclusion of the front 9, despite being down early after a triple boge at the Par 5 2nd and doubles at the 3rd and 5th holes. Jon N. got the kiss of doom after a birdie on the 1st hole, only to triple the 2nd and double-par the 8th. Rick found himself 6 back after 9, struggling with the length and links terrain.

A series of pars on the back vaulted Steve even further ahead of the competition giving him a comfortable lead going into the last. An adventure with a bunker was more like a day at the beach given the lead and Steve enjoyed the ride on the last to take the title of Open Champion of 2015
